²⁷ Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes,^(A)

³² Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more.^(A) What if only ten can be found there?”

He answered, “For the sake of ten,^(B) I will not destroy it.”

¹⁰ I am unworthy of all the kindness and faithfulness^(A) you have shown your servant. I had only my staff^(B) when I crossed this Jordan, but now I have become two camps.^(C)

¹⁶ “I cannot do it,” Joseph replied to Pharaoh, “but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires.”^(A)
